Welcome to Goldsborough Place Apartments. Thank you for booking with us. We look forward to welcoming you at Goldsborough Place.

We recommend, if you are planning to arrive outside our office hours (9AM to 4PM, Monday to Friday), please use this express check-in form to make your check-in and arrival easier even when it is after hours. Please complete and submit this form at least 24 hours before your arrival.

Please note, our normal check-in time is 2PM and early check-in may not be accepted. We will do our best to accommodate your early check-in request, however if the apartment is not ready you are welcome to leave your luggage in the reception, and take a short stroll on our beautiful riverside park and esplanade, or check out nearby café, pub and restaurants.

Term and Conditions:

You are responsible for all charges incurred. In addition, any other people occupying or visiting the unit or utilising any services you will be responsible for all charges incurred by them. You authorise the use of the credit card, provided in this form or upon arrival, to cover such charges.

You agree that you, and any other people occupying the unit or utilising services:

authorise our housekeeping and maintenance staffs to access the unit for services and maintenance if necessary. Please Note, we provide once a week to guests staying 7 days or more.
will adhere to our “NO Party or Excessive Noise Policy”.
will adhere to our “NO Smoking Policy” throughout the complex
will be charged for any damage to and/or loss of any property of Goldsborough Place Apartments.
will be charged an excess cleaning fee of a maximum of $250.00 if the unit is left in an unreasonable condition.
ensure that there will be no other persons, except those listed on this registration form as guests, in your allocated apartment.
will be charged $110 for after hour call out fee if you lock yourself out.
will be charged $200 for any key that is lost or not returned.
will not have any pets in the unit that is unapproved. Please contact our office for details of our pet policy before check-in.
are not entitled to a refund if your stay is shorter than originally booked.

It is a condition of occupying the unit that the management is NOT responsible for any loss or damage to any of your property you have brought onto the premises. This includes property brought onto the premises by any people actually occupying or visiting the unit or utilising any services.

The management at Goldsborough Place Apartments collect personal information for the purpose of providing you with the products or services, and if the personal information you provide is incomplete and/or inaccurate we may be unable to provide you with those products or services.
