House rules and guidelines<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>
A strict No party policy. Please respect other residents\u2019 peaceful enjoyment in the building.<\/li>
Room service is provided once a week for guests staying more than 7 days (if you need extra soaps, detergents, toilet paper etc please ask reception<\/li>
Please remove your rubbish in the rubbish chutes or recycling bins in basement before checking out<\/li>
Swimming pool can be accessed via the gate on the left hand side of reception. Hours of use are 6am to 9pm.<\/li>
No smoking in the apartment including the balcony.<\/li>
Locked out after hours: Please call the reception 07 3216 0055. A call-out fee of $110 will apply. If the Fob Access\u00a0swipe\u00a0is lost, a replacement fee of $110 will apply.<\/li>
If the unit is left in an unacceptable condition extra charges will apply.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

You can buy a Go Card and top up with credit at Newsagent in Gasworks Plaza, which is 9min walk away or 0.8km from Goldsborough Place Apartments.
