Our house rules:
- A strict No party policy. Please respect other residents’ peaceful enjoyment in the buildings.
- No smoking in the apartment including the balcony.
- Room service is provided once a week for guests staying more than 7 days (if you need extra toiletry, towel and toilet rolls, etc please ask reception
- Please remove your rubbish when you check out. General waste or recycling bins are located in carpark.
- Swimming pool can be accessed via the gate on the left hand side of reception. Hours of use are 6am to 9pm daily.
- Locked out after hours. Please call the reception 07 3216 0055. A call-out fee of $110 will apply.
- If you lost any of your keys, a replacement fee of $200 will apply.
- If the unit is left in unreasonable conditions after checkout, extra charges will apply.
Wi-Fi
We provide free Wi-Fi in all our common areas and D&E block.
The network is “Goldsborough place guests”, and it does not require password.
If you cannot access this network, please contact reception and we can give you access staff Wi-Fi.
Check in/out instructions
Our normal check-in time is 2PM. If you have checked in after hours when the office is closed and did not use our express check in form, please fill in the paper guest registration form and return it to reception at your earliest convenience. Without receiving the registration form, we may have to disconnect the electronic access for security reason.
Our usual checkout time is 10AM. At checkout, please return all the keys to our office. If our office is closed, please return the keys to “Key Return Box” located in the reception.

- Bus stops: Macquarie St at Mercantile Place, Stop 14. Commercial Rd at Florence Street, Stop 13are the nearest bus stops to Macquarie St at Vernon Terrace in Newstead.
- Ferry terminal can be accessed by walking left facing the river along the riverfront boardwalk for 3 minutes
